There are so many good sites on the web for kids that it is almost impossible to do any listing justice. However, we have given it a go anyway! To help, we have divided the sites up by Pure Fun, Learning & Fun and Help with Homework. Click on the list you are interested in to go straight there.

- Andrex Puppy - games on this site are aimed at the younger members of the family
- Cartoon Network - over 100 games, based on cartoons shown on the Cartoon Network channel
- www.barbie.com for the girlies in the family
- www.coloring.com here children can choose a picture, colour it online by clicking on the colours and then print their picture.
- www.harrypotter.warnerbros.co.uk - for all things Harry Potter
- www.lego.com great games, each of them with an easy, medium and hard level setting.
- www.bbc.co.uk/cbeebies/funandgames/ lots of games focused around the BBC children's characters.
- www.pollypocket.com - another girlie site
- www.wonka.com - great games on here, more for children aged 6+. Can be slow to load.
- BT Education - a site with its focus on improving communication. Connect the children to the Kids Zone for fun games with the added benefit of stimulating the user to think about communication skills.
- WoW (Wild Over Waterways) - Games with a waterways theme
- MapZone is a bright and lively web site produced by Ordnance Survey that aims to teach children, between 7 and 16 years, mapping skills in a fun way. Its a nice site with lots of games and homework help.
- www.gridclub.com is a Bafta award-winning site from Channel 4, Oracle and Intuitive Media. It covers the whole curriculum for 7-11 year olds through unique interactive games, and in addition provides a protected, mediated area on the Internet where children can interact. The only problem is the pop-up ads, teach your children how to recognise them & close them.
- www.planet-science.com - science for kids with some good games
- Bubblycrew is a website designed for and by young carers that live in Hammersmith and Fulham. On the site are discussions, games and an insight into the experiences of the young carers.
