SE24, Brockwell Lido was built by the London County Council in 1937
for all the community. It is one of the few community resources that
has never dated and still represents a sanctuary right in the heart
of the city. It still has a magic that no indoor or covered pool

pretty location in a landscaped park. The
Lido's features include a 50-metre pool, children's
splash pool, cafeteria and a sunbathing
area. |

Open Air Pool |
Open
every day of the year, Hampton Open Air Pool offers a wide range of
activities, including swimming lessons. fitness classes, and women
only mornings. In addition to the two pools there is a gym, a sauna,
sundeck cafe and a large sunbathing, barbecue and picnic area. There
is a large grass area for sunbathing and picnicking on good days and
this can also be used for children's ball games when it will not
cause disturbance to other users. |
